TERMS & CONDITIONS

By engaging the services of ABAR Constructions Private Limited (rebranded from Arush Infrastructure), the client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions governing all civil construction and infrastructure projects undertaken by the company.

All services shall be executed in accordance with mutually agreed project specifications, designs, timelines, and contractual terms, and any modifications or variations must be formally approved in writing by both parties.

While ABAR Constructions is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and timely delivery, project timelines may be reasonably extended due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, delays in regulatory approvals, labor shortages, or material supply constraints.

The client is responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely approvals, site access, and adherence to agreed payment schedules, and any delay in payments may result in suspension or delay of work without liability on the company.

ABAR Constructions endeavors to deliver all projects in line with industry standards and best practices; however, it shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or delays arising from factors beyond its reasonable control.

All designs, drawings, plans, documents, and related intellectual property developed during the course of the project shall remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement by providing prior written notice, subject to the settlement of all outstanding dues and compensation for work completed up to the date of termination.

Any disputes arising shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws of India, and both parties agree to act in good faith to maintain a professional and transparent working relationship throughout the duration of the project.
